Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer gift cards that can be loaded with any dollar amount you choose, making them a perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions. Gift cards can be purchased in-store using any major payment method.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most modern payment methods, including cash, checks, gift cards, and all major credit and debit cards.

Can you put a bike on hold?

Yes. We can place a bike on hold to ensure it isn’t sold to another customer. A 50% down payment is required to reserve the bike, and once it is paid in full, you’re welcome to take it home.

Do you sell used bikes?

Yes. We carry a wide selection of used bikes, including a variety of brands, sizes, and styles. Our pre-owned inventory typically includes options for both adults and kids, offering a great value for riders of all ages.

Do you take trade-ins?

Yes — we’re happy to accept trade-ins when you’re purchasing a new bike. We will fully inspect your current bike and provide a fair trade-in value to put toward your new purchase.

Can you fix any brand of bike?

We have the experience and knowledge to service and repair all brands of conventional bicycles, from entry-level models to high-end bikes. For any limitations or exclusions, please refer to our Service Policy.

Do you make house calls to fix bikes?

At Alex Bike Shop, we have a fully equipped service department with all the tools and stands necessary to repair any bike. Because this equipment isn’t easily portable, we ask that customers bring their bikes into our shop for service.

Do you rent bikes?

Yes! We offer rentals for both conventional and electric bikes, available for a couple hours or a full day. You can call ahead to reserve a bike or simply stop in. For full details, visit our Bike Rental page.
